Overview

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtje ("bdtje", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdtje platform, including all games, services, features, content and functionality available at bdtje.pro and through the bdtje mobile application. These Terms apply to all players in Bangladesh and are written in English, which is the authoritative language of this agreement.

By registering an account with bdtje, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the bdtje platform in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bdtje platform. bdtje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility Requirements

• 1Minimum Age

  You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access or use the bdtje platform in any capacity. This requirement is enforced without exception. bdtje reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player shall be forfeited in full.

• 2Single Account Policy

  Each individual player is permitted to hold one bdtje account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdtje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending transactions and forfeit any bonus balances or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

• 3Accurate Registration Information

  You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information when registering your bdtje account and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• 4Jurisdictional Restrictions

  It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bdtje platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdtje makes no representation that access to or use of its services is legal in all locations. If you access bdtje from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk and in contravention of local laws for which bdtje accepts no liability.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the bdtje platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus-related transfers — are subject to the following terms. bdtje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

• 1Minimum Deposit

  A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned, minus any applicable processing costs.

• 2Withdrawal Eligibility

  Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment account used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. bdtje reserves the right to request identity verification prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• 3Currency

  All transactions on bdtje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). If a deposit originates from a source denominated in a different currency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. bdtje is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred by the Player.

• 4Chargebacks and Fraud

  Any attempt to reverse, dispute or chargeback a transaction after it has been credited to a bdtje account constitutes a fraudulent act. bdtje reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all funds and pursue recovery through all available legal means. Players found to have engaged in payment fraud will be permanently banned from the platform.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

bdtje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards all players seriously. The following clauses set out both bdtje's obligations to players and the obligations of players themselves in maintaining safe gambling habits.

• 1Player Obligations

  You accept that gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and not to chase losses. You confirm that you are not using borrowed funds, overdraft facilities or money required for essential living expenses to fund your gambling activity on bdtje.

• 2Tools Available to Players

  bdtje provides deposit limit tools, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gambling activity. Players who wish to set or adjust these controls should contact bdtje customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly and access to the bdtje platform will be restricted for the duration requested. bdtje will not solicit players under active self-exclusion with promotional materials.

• 3Minor Protection

  If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has accessed or used the bdtje platform, you must notify bdtje support immediately. bdtje will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds. We strongly recommend that parents and guardians use appropriate parental control software on any device accessible to minors.

Limitation of Liability and Amendments

• 1Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bdtje platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors or delays in processing transactions. bdtje does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

• 2Force Majeure

  bdtje shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay arises from events beyond bdtje's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions or third-party payment provider failures.

• 3Amendments to These Terms

  bdtje reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amended Terms will be published on the bdtje platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you continue to use the bdtje platform following the publication of any amended Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised Terms in full.
